BAASH is a group of airsoft enthusiasts based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, extending from Marin County to Silicon Valley. BAASH members come from a variety of professional occupations ranging from Engineering to Computer Hardware/Software Development. BAASH members also have varying educational backgrounds based both in higher education, law enforcement and military experience. BAASH events focus on the application of "small-unit" style military tactics modified for airsoft play. Through our events, BAASH members are able to sharpen both leadership and team-building skills, as well as develop confidence and responsibility with fellow members. Additionally, BAASH members enjoy the benefit of lasting friendships and comradely of fellow airsoft enthusiasts in a safe, private and secure environment. As the name signifies, we are hobbyists. BAASH is not a tournament-oriented team and does not conduct events in order to train to compete professionally against other airsoft/paintball teams. We do, however, support all organizations dedicated to the responsible and lawful advancement of airsoft as an acceptable form of recreation and team-building technique.
